MLS should serve participants, not police them

Re: 'Editorial: Internet killed the MLS' (May 21)
Dear Editor:
I think here in Massachusetts we have a good MLS system. However, I have been licensed for over 20 years and one major concern I have is that the MLS has gone from a service offered to agents looking for their participation, to a service that seems to fancy itself the police of agents.
I think the MLS needs to get back to service and realize that if it continues to try and manipulate as opposed to service agents and brokers, it will lose greatly. We do have other options. I'm not ready to turn my back on my MLS, but I could exist without MLSs.
