Dear Editor:
As I read this I have many fond memories of working with Stu Siegel. Under his leadership many past employees have gone on to run industry-related businesses and learned priceless lessons about exceeding customer expectations. Getting CDs into the hands of Realtors was a new idea back then. Showing them how to differentiate their service level was easy with the unique program he masterminded on a napkin one night. The industry as a whole needs more visionaries like Stu. For sales reps: Boy those conventions were fun!
