Paula Gold-Nocella has been in the real estate industry since 1987, starting as an agent in Miami, Florida and
relocating to San Francisco, California in 1990. She became a top producing Realtor for Hartford Properties and
later for Pacific Union Real Estate Company, where she specialized in TIC/Fractional Ownership properties.
As a dedicated volunteer for the San Francisco Chapter of Woman’s Council of Realtors from 1990 to 1996, Paula
held the positions of Treasurer, Vice President and President. Working with the Greater San Francisco Association
of Realtors, the association held numerous fundraisers, donated thousands of dollars to local charities, and offered
a multitude of educational classes to the real estate community.
Paula moved to Sonoma County in 1997. In 2003 she became the Managing Broker for Prudential California
Realty growing one location in Sebastopol into three offices and 65 agents. Paula has been on the Board of
NorBAR since 2003 and served as its President in 2007. The association provides services to Napa, Sonoma,
Mendocino and Lake Counties.
Following her passion for building community through housing, Paula and her partner founded “Intentional
Community Development Group, LLC” in 1998. For the next 5 years the company developed and consulted on
numerous communities in Northern California. Paula lived for 8 years in one of the projects she co-founded in
Sonoma called Cinque Terre II.
Paula and her partner Cie Callaway moved to Lake County in 2006 where they own and operate a lakefront
vacation home resort called the Rocky Point Cottages. www.rockypointcottages.com
In 2007 Paula launched Global Quarters, Inc., A Fractional Ownership Brokerage.
