I am life long resident of Lubbock, Texas and have been involved in the real estate industry since 1988, an active real estate broker in the Lubbock, Texas market, I provide our clients sales and property management services.

  • Amen to that! The slow down

    Amen to that! The slow down in the overall market has tempted lots of agents toward property management as supplimental income. We welcome new agents into the property management field, but it is a full time 24/7 position. It is critical agents, get the proper education on the laws and the market. Plus they need to be able to educate their clients as well. Too many clients and agents as well still think property management is a mom and pop business and that view point will only get you into trouble. Property management is not for the faint hearted.
