I work the Miami Beach Real Estate market with my husband Rick (we're known as Team Miamism locally). We specialize in areas from Fisher Island to Aventura including Miami Shores, Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands.

We have a Miami Real Estate Blog at www.Miamism.com and I am also a contributor at www.AgentGenius.com.

Exceptional customer service is our goal and web2.0 makes it happen. We love to establish communication and dialog with our customers before they even meet us, either via blog comments or social networks. (of course regular e-mail and telephone also work).

  • Hey Matt, first of all,

Hey Matt, first of all, CONGRATULATIONS (again) - I'm thrilled to see you as VP Business Development at Inman News and consider it a great move on their part. How to make inman better? I have a million thoughts but I'll start with a few: I've never really understood the concept of the "big stage" and blogger's connect being separate. To me it feels like main stage presentations are vendor driven and learn nothing from them whereas bloggers connect has the potential of offering the meaty information and not enough emphasis is placed on that. You just experienced the whole Boooooo thing at New Media Atlanta with the sponsor presentation at the beginning - who wants to pay to see that? Challenging for you to find a way to give value to those sponsors while at the same time providing good content. Speaker recognition is a must (my presentation from New York still reads "Benn Rosales" here on the site - doesn't make me feel very valued. ...that's it for now :)

  • Hate to break it to you Rob,

Hate to break it to you Rob, but you may think you have no strategy - but to some people, this stuff comes naturally and you do things out of intuition - look back a couple of months later and say - CRAP! that was genius! It's in your subconscious my friend, from the time that you suggest we dance, to the time you interrupt a conversation with a sly remark. Some only wish they were naturals at it! so stop even hinting at the lack of strategy, it's there.

"Learning which by-products to ignore and which to embrace is an ongoing challenge" Ditto over here, the return on the investment is not always crystal clear, and doesn't always come right away - challenging for sure. And my friendship to you I owe to social media - how can you even put a price on that? :)
