I think keep the widgets to a minimum or none at all, on your real estate site. They could even hurt your content ranking. Keep the "fun stuff" on your Facebook or Twitter, or other social sites. But make sure you are including plenty of soft selling on those sites and redirecting to your "WORK" site. You don't want to come across as unprofessional on your real estate site. But Jeb... most internet phones do have built in Facebook & Twitter, etc. on their Internet homepage. I do think it is checked as frequently by Gen Y'rs for sure, and probably a lot of the X'rs. I will be the first one to admit, I am somewhat addicted and love that I can communicate with so many of my friends at one time, and don't have to be spammed. It's just recently become more important to me than my e-mail, which has tons of spam in spite of filters, and it's easier to sort thru brief status changes, pics, etc. And I am 38! JMHO's as usual...

Trying my best to be there. Definitely a "follower." He's one of the bests (if not THE best) at social networking and branding. Looking forward to it.
