No No No you got it all wrong. Everyone who is behind on their mortgage or wants to be behind simply becomes a bank, gets bail out money and pays their loan off. I too have submitted paperwork to become a bank so I can get bailed out. It seems like the only smart thing to do. In the mean time I am going fishing and waiting for the money to start rolling in.
