Born and raised in San Francisco, I have planted my new roots in San Bruno. I live and work in San Bruno now. I am proud to say that my children attend Allen School where they have some of the finest teachers, principal and PTA. I would like to continue to be a real estate resource for people interested in moving to or from San Bruno, assisting in the home buying or selling process. Thanks!

    Gosh! You write so well! I love what you wrote today! I love your two favorite journalist creed quotes. I loved the comment above that says "To thine own self, be true". That can cover a lot of ground so I made a sign and posted it in my cubicle. Great passion, Kris!

    Great post, Lai! I love my San Bruno niche. One can make a living just being the "small town" resource for swimming pool and library hours and later the Realtor that everyone knows well enough by now! I do my nich marketing by geographical farming by door, blog, and calls! I love hearing about other niches people have!

    I can't wait to get the 50 ways to prosper on the internet! That was great last year and great again this year. I love sharing the info with agents in my office. No one is as internet crazy in my office as me, so I not too concerned about competition!
