Teresa, excellent article. When I left my previous office, I created my own website and did not require anyone to leave anything if they didn't want to. Sure, I get fewer consumer responses, but the ones I do get are GENUINE. My previous office (required registration for MLS acess) got many more "leads" but few of them were real, many of them were bogus info.
