She is a Dallas native and SMU alumna whose knowledge of the region and its market is both in-depth and comprehensive. Julie has over 8 years of real estate experience and has earned several prestigious real estate designations, including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which required completing advanced training in residential real estate and having a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation. Julie is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
