    I'm glad you brought up this point. I, too, believe that if professionals were to incorporate both options in to their marketing plan, than that would be even better! However, if they are looking to choose one over the other for purposes of budget and trying to determine the best reach method, then text marketing would be much larger.     Alison, sounds like you are taking initiative to keep yourself organized. As hard as it is to "block out time" for specific tasks, it has to be done! Been there, done that! And rather than saying your going to block out time and actually blocking it out on your calendar, it will make a huge difference. It's smart to do your own creative in the fact that it won't be just another real estate postcard or email. If you can come up with something catchy and then be able to play off of it for a future mailing, people will begin to see your style and branding. Best of luck and keep up the good work!
