Diane Aurit I think you just explained the essence of why buyers need a human (Realtor) to take them from the computer stage to the actually looking at property and buying stage. No amount of pictures or descriptions will convey the intangibles that make a property the perfect "home". My MLS program allows us to create individual websites for our clients and make notes on properties etc. It allows my out-of-state clients to narrow the field of potential homes. However, the final cut needs to be done in person with a Realtor who will give them the addtional information not provided by a computer. BTW, I'm glad someone mentioned the Fair Housing Violation...very important to know what you can and can not write!
