Mac-using real estate agents: I have been using Daylight3 from Marketcircle, Inc. and I think its great. I'm sure there are many features I've yet to make use of, but so far its been very helpful. In fact, there's now a real estate database pre-designed for use with Daylight - I'd advise one to check into it as you're learning the program. It even allows for copies of your emails to be linked to clients and projects, etc. You can download a 30-day trial, and the program itself is not very expensive (at least in relation to other real estate related programs).
