As a Real Estate Agent I was always scouring the internet for the latest tools and resources to help build my business. That's when I realized there was no directory of resources for real estate agents. So I created one! Blue60.com is a directory for Real Estate Professionals.

    Wow, great interview. Doug really hit on something that consumers care about. I see this "Square footage" issue come in my own market time and again. A great solution would be to have tax asesssors keep track of this data - or have some kind of building standard for measuring square footage.     I was quickaly able to find several of my own listings - a pleasant surprise. I'm curious what kind of data feeds they are getting - a price reduction done over a week ago doesn't show on the site. Overall it loaded well and was pretty easy to navigate.
