"I have created a technology that will stand this industry(real estate) on its head" was how the email began to Mark Lesswig; in 2006 I believed it, and I believe it now. My experstise is in communications with a specialization in audio-video production. I hold no real estate license at this time. I have studied the myriad of problems facing everyday agents and have found gaping holes in the way most carry out their tasks. My goal is to maximize tasks while minimizing those holes; and it'll happen in 60 seconds or less.

Hey Sol, The reason I say soon is because the platform is being built and is not ready. I'm not for or against 5-7%, but I do believe professsionals need to be compensated fairly and that's not happening, Why? The information you present has been regurgitated with no personal connection to the intended recipient at all. That will change...Soon.

Speed, guarantees, and transparency ARE POSSIBLE; here's how: SPEED -Agents WILL have the ability to deliver a rich web and local experience in 60 seconds or less. Guarantees - a marketing plan based on the way the real world works. No two buyers are the same, so creating static imagery( pictures or virtual tours) to engage individuals with completely different tastes is not professional.Part of your job is to match a home's features with a buyers emotional trigggers. Soon you will be able to do this onlione in 60 seconds or less. Transparency - Your clients will experience actions that matter. It's not about pictures or video. It's about WHAT YOU CAN DO with those pictures that separates you from the pack. Why not create 150 virtual tours for a single listing that your client can review? Soon, it will be possible. My communications system brings the pain to outdated models. Money(or the lack thereof) will no longer dictate who wins and who doesn't. Neither will a search engine ranking. Your friends, loved oned, and colleagues don't live in search engines. Sixty seconds or less is the standard that changes the rules of the game. See you soon.

  • The MLS can not only exist

The MLS can not only exist but thrive. What happens when you remove the constraints of money and time? You have a model capable of unseating the powers that be. A model designed by a little guy for the little guy, ain't life grand?
