Your FAQ seems to be pretty focused on how people can advertise with Quimsey or put membership links on the site (i.e. ways in which members can help you generate revenue). I might want to sprinkle some stuff about how Quimsey adds value to community/network.
Not a fan of all the animated wingdings. Don't get me wrong, I love animation. Just not for interface elements (unless the animation is telling me something about the state of the application). But that's all just aesthetic choice.

"just started a resource and networking site for real estate agents"
The above statement is mis-leading. Your site is geared for "REALTORS". You omitted, real estate professionals and AARSREPS from joining your site.
Your site in the tools section has too much. Keep it simple and once again, Can not be accessed other than joining as a REALTOR".
Your site has potential "IF" you find other motivated REALTORS like yourself.
Best wishes though.

It looks like you have a lot there. I didn't look that deeply at the content but the overall look is good. Lots of stuff, easy to find, not cluttered looking.
It does not look like a prepackaged template site.
It looks like you have to sign up before you get access to anything. I probably wouldn't bother.
