Oppinions of the look and feel of my site
Posted in Real Estate Website Reviews By Daniele Poor, Monday, June 9, 2008.As an agent trying to find the best way to make something inexpensive look fantastic, I have designed my own web site. I don't know how to write code all that well, but I can get around. I have redesigned it 3 times with this one looking the least cluttered and most functional. I am open for feedback of all types in regards to color, layout, ease of use and content. Thanks! - Daniele

Daniele,
I like the new web-site. I hope this makes sense but it was a little busy, although I found it refreshing to have all your links visible and on the front page.
Nice job!

I like the content but was a bit distracted how the pages keep flipping to the Coldwell Banker heading. Maybe a bit more uniformity between pages?

First off: It's awesome that you got your web page live! From here you can learn more about how it works and improve it as you go. Remember that, like any marketing effort, web sites should be part of a continuous plan. Do not make the mistake of "set it and forget it." Now on to the good stuff.
What everyone else already said plus:
The home page I see requires a lot of scrolling to get to the content. There's just a little picture of a sports arena and then halfway down the site begins.
The main header (with your name in it) is wider than the content (with all the text blocks in it). And the content section is wider than the footer.
Then there is also a lot of blank space below the end of the page.
It would be nice to have a little bit of space between the edges of columns and where the text begins (margins or padding). This is part of what makes the site look crowded.
Also, you've got quite a lot of text there. Which can be good or it can be daunting. You should time yourself reading the home page and at 10 seconds stop reading (because that's probably about how long visitors to your site will spend on the page).
Which brings me to my usual: Install an analytics package so you can track visitor usage (Google Analytics is free). You could learn, for example, just how long they are spending on your home page and make sure you have the right amount of content for them.
If your entire site is really just a landing that connects to pages on other sites there's no shame in that, just be up front and consider this page your "hub" for directing people to more resources. Sort of like a squidoo lens.
I am deliberately holding my tongue about the code.
Good luck and congratulations on getting your site off the ground!

Posting 818 price changes is not a positive marketing tool.
I click on "Home Search" and it takes me away from your own page. Never divert attention from your own site.
I was just about to commend you for being a leader with video, but then I see your listings are photos or the copy/paste virtual tour....and there is no video of your homes.
How is your site different from the 1000 free sites out there?
What do you offer on your site that the competition does not.
A for website effort and C for the website.
