Union Street Media site
Posted in Real Estate Website Reviews By G Dewald | Union Street Media, Tuesday, April 8, 2008.I'm managing the redesign of unionstreetmedia.com, which isn't a real estate site, it's a site for selling sites to real estate professionals (main goal is lead generation).
I'd like to get feedback before the redesign, when it's easiest to incorporate suggestions.
I've been running a lot of analytics (shocking, I'm sure) and have a pretty good sense of how the site is currently used. But what I lack is qualitative data (people talking and voicing their opinion/needs/wants).
Our site has been suffering from a bad case of cobbler's-son-has-no-shoes and I'm psyched to refresh it. Also, I didn't design the existing site so my feelings won't be hurt by anyone's criticisms (though if you want to get real mean it might be better to send me inman-mail).

Haven't had enough time today to dig in, but loved the cast of characters that work at usm and checked out the site for agent www.adamdow.com and esp liked how you handled the listings search component... breaking it down into search phrases-- brilliant!
yeah, can see where it needs some design face lifting but the portfolio and staff content has been great so far... will dig in more as I can.
