Wonder if Brad will ask what kind of investigative reporting Craig would like to see in real estate?

Brad's opening the discussion to questions from the audience instead. Anyone in cyber space got a question?

I'd love to see investigative reporters, and industry regulators, explore whether dual agency (a.k.a "designated agency") contributed to the housing bubble? Here are my own thoughts:

Conflict of interest Lender/Agents -- those who capitalize on the loan, the buyer or seller side of the deal - maybe even in past days the refinance of house #1 to buy house #2 - now losing them all... how much did this play into the housing debacle?
